I encountered some issues . i was charged twice for the room. The initial transaction supposedly failed, but it later looked on my statement. i had to request a refund. additionally, i mentioned it was a birthday celebration, but no extras or the requested prosecco arrived. no price list for snacks or drinks was in the room, and the wifi was inaccessible. there was no kettle either.

i found the location very convenient for the abba arena. the adjacent shopping center offered plenty of retail options. access to both rail and tube services was easy.
some light switches in the room didn't work correctly. i also noticed some pee stains in the toilet bowl. the tv occasionally stopped working unexpectedly.

lovely linencab service
i found the bed linen to be lovely (i slept really well). i also appreciated the jo loves toiletries in the bathroom. the hotel booked a cab for the abba voyage too.
some light switches and plugs did not work. the toilet bowl had pee stains at the bottom (i noticed it immediately).

underwhelming experience

poor breakfastold equipment
The room was not great. there wasn't much tea or coffee available, annoying. breakfast was really disappointing. The bacon was mostly fat, and my wife, a vegetarian, got just two fried eggs on untoasted bread for £20. the gym equipment seemed old and in need of maintenance.
